Tuesday’s launch will be a soft launch as the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) requires all new sportsbooks in the state to go through a 48-hour test period.Īs long as the launch is successful, the Harrah’s sportsbook will be fully operational for Thursday 24 January. The Harrah’s sportsbook will open to the public from 2 pm on Tuesday. Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack in Chester is set to launch sports betting operations on Tuesday, becoming the sixth operational sportsbook in Pennsylvania.
