My dad was robbed the other night so I used all the money I had in my account to pay the rent. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Yesterday I contacted the Yukon Gold CM rep and was told that it was sent to be processed on monday, they indeed do not process on sundays and that it takes 3-5 business days so the latest I will see it is next monday (12 days after the original withdrawal) On Tuesday a different chat rep told me it was processed Monday and it would take up to 3 days to appear in my account.

On Monday a chat rep told me the money had been paid 'yesterday'(sunday) and it will take up to a week for it to appear in my account but it will probably only be a day or 2. On Sunday a chat rep told it would be processed on Monday. They wouldn't flush the winnings for me so it remained reversible for 4 days instead of the usual 2 because of the weekend. Last Wednesday I submitted a withdrawal at Yukon Gold.
